Payments, Subscriptions, Coupons, and Refund Support
Sponexus may support paid platform features such as subscriptions, coupons, billing, invoices, or payment-based access depending on the current product setup. For payment-related support, contact us with your account email, plan type, transaction details, coupon code if used, and screenshots where available.
Payment of a platform fee gives access to applicable Sponexus platform features according to the selected plan. It does not guarantee sponsorship approval, sponsor response, organizer response, deal completion, event success, revenue, brand growth, or any specific commercial result.
Refund, cancellation, duplicate payment, failed payment, coupon, invoice, or access-related requests may be reviewed based on the applicable plan terms, payment gateway status, platform records, and the facts of the issue.
Deals, Agreements, Requests, and OTP Support
Sponexus may provide request, deal, agreement, acceptance, and OTP-based workflow tools to help users move through sponsorship discussions in a more structured way. If you face issues with these flows, contact us with the related event, sponsorship, account, request, deal, or agreement details.
Users are responsible for reviewing sponsorship details, deliverables, timelines, payment arrangements, obligations, and commitments before accepting or proceeding with any deal or agreement. Sponexus may review platform records for support and safety purposes but does not automatically become a party to private sponsorship commitments between users.
Report a User, Listing, or Safety Concern
Contact us immediately if you believe a profile, listing, request, deal, or platform activity is fake, misleading, abusive, harmful, or suspicious.

Sponexus helps users discover opportunities, publish listings, send requests, manage platform workflows, and connect through controlled visibility. Contact details are not publicly visible by default and may be shared only through permitted platform flows, such as request acceptance or other approved workflow actions.
Sponexus may review accounts, listings, requests, deals, agreements, OTP records, payments, subscriptions, coupons, reports, and activity logs where necessary for support, moderation, fraud prevention, payment review, legal compliance, platform safety, or enforcement of platform policies.
For off-platform payments, private agreements, external messages, or sponsorship commitments between users, Sponexus may review related misuse or safety concerns where platform evidence exists, but we do not guarantee enforcement of private commercial arrangements made outside the platform.

We aim to review support messages as efficiently as possible. Response times may vary depending on issue type, message clarity, verification needs, payment gateway status, platform workload, and the amount of information provided.
Trust and safety concerns, privacy requests, payment issues, and serious platform misuse reports may be prioritized where necessary to protect users and platform integrity.
Sponexus support is not an emergency service and should not be used for urgent safety, medical, legal, or law-enforcement emergencies.
