Sponexus is a platform that helps sponsors and event organizers discover, evaluate, and connect for meaningful partnership opportunities. We value your privacy and are committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared, and how we protect it when you use Sponexus.
2. Information We Collect
- Personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, role, login details, and account information
- Organizer information such as organization name, event details, event category, expected audience, location, media, deliverables, contact information, and listing content
- Sponsor information such as brand name, company details, sponsorship goals, budget, location preference, deliverables, contact information, and sponsorship listing content
- Profile information such as company details, organization details, public profile content, website, logo, description, preferences, and uploaded media
- Platform activity such as pages visited, actions performed, listings created, requests sent, requests accepted or rejected, deal activity, agreement activity, notifications, and feature usage
- Device and technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, approximate location, logs, cookies, and security-related records
3. Account, Verification, and Authentication Data
We may collect and process account registration details, login records, email verification status, password reset activity, OTP verification records, timestamps, session information, and related security logs. This information helps us create accounts, verify user actions, prevent misuse, protect platform access, and support account recovery or security review where required.
4. Event, Sponsorship, and Marketplace Data
Sponexus operates as a controlled marketplace. Public profile details, event listings, sponsorship listings, uploaded media, descriptions, audience details, budget ranges, deliverables, categories, locations, and other non-sensitive platform information may be visible to other users or visitors depending on the feature and visibility settings. Sensitive contact details are not publicly visible by default and may be shared only through permitted platform flows.
5. Requests, Connections, Messages, and Contact Disclosure
Users may send requests, interest messages, and related workflow actions through Sponexus to express interest in events or sponsorship opportunities. Contact details may be disclosed to another user after a request is accepted or through another permitted platform workflow. Once contact details are shared, users are responsible for using that information lawfully, respectfully, and only for the intended sponsorship-related purpose.
6. Deals, Agreements, OTP, and Workflow Data
Sponexus may collect and store records related to requests, deal workflows, agreement actions, OTP verification, acceptance status, rejection status, timestamps, user IDs, event IDs, sponsorship IDs, and related activity logs. These records may be used for platform operation, audit trails, fraud prevention, support, dispute review, security, moderation, and enforcement of platform policies.
7. Payments, Subscriptions, Coupons, and Billing Data
Sponexus may collect and store limited payment-related information such as plan type, subscription status, coupon usage, invoice details, payment status, payment amount, billing cycle, tax-related records, transaction reference IDs, gateway order IDs, refund status, and billing records where required to operate paid features. Sponexus does not intend to store sensitive card details, UPI PIN, CVV, net banking passwords, or similar payment credentials on its own servers. Such payment processing details are handled by third-party payment gateway providers according to their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Uploaded Media and User Content
Users may upload or publish content such as images, logos, event media, sponsorship details, organization information, brand information, descriptions, and other listing materials. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you upload or publish is accurate, lawful, non-misleading, and that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use it.
9. How We Use Your Information
- To create, verify, secure, and manage your account
- To enable sponsor and organizer profiles, listings, requests, connections, and deal workflows
- To operate paid features, subscriptions, coupons, invoices, billing, payment status, and access control
- To power discovery, matching, recommendations, search, filtering, and platform visibility
- To send important updates, verification emails, OTPs, notifications, billing updates, and support communication
- To review reports, prevent fraud, detect misuse, enforce platform rules, and protect users
- To improve product performance, platform security, user experience, and business operations
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, support, or regulatory obligations where applicable
10. Admin Review and Platform Safety
Platform administrators may review accounts, profiles, listings, requests, deals, agreements, OTP records, payments, subscriptions, coupons, invoices, reports, uploaded content, and activity logs where necessary for support, moderation, fraud prevention, payment review, legal compliance, platform safety, dispute review, or enforcement of Sponexus policies.
11. Data Sharing
Sponexus does not sell your personal data to third parties.
- With another user when a connection request is accepted or when contact details are intentionally shared through a permitted platform workflow
- With service providers that help us operate the platform, such as hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, email, security, payment gateway, billing, and infrastructure providers
- With payment gateway or billing service providers for payment processing, subscription management, refund processing, invoice support, fraud checks, or transaction verification
- With legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or government authorities when required by law, legal process, compliance duty, or to protect platform rights, users, and safety

Some records may remain in backups, logs, audit records, billing records, or security systems for a limited period even after account deletion or content removal.

16. Account Deletion and Data Requests
You may contact Sponexus to request account deletion, correction of information, or support for privacy-related concerns. We may need to verify your identity or account ownership before processing certain requests. Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, billing, fraud prevention, platform safety, audit, support, or dispute review purposes.
17. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your information, including controlled access, authentication, platform monitoring, secure service infrastructure, and review of suspicious activity. However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security, and users should also protect their own credentials, devices, email accounts, and login access.
18. Platform Disclaimer
Sponexus helps users discover, evaluate, and connect with relevant opportunities, but does not guarantee sponsorship results, event outcomes, business success, responses, completed partnerships, revenue, return on investment, or acceptance by another user. Users are responsible for evaluating opportunities and handling their own decisions, agreements, negotiations, payments, and offline actions.
19. Fraud, Misuse, and Trust Protection
We reserve the right to review, restrict, remove, suspend, or terminate accounts, profiles, listings, requests, deals, agreements, payments, coupons, subscriptions, or activity that appears fraudulent, abusive, misleading, harmful, suspicious, unlawful, or in violation of platform rules, without prior notice where necessary for platform integrity, user safety, or legal compliance.
20. Children’s Policy
Sponexus is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of using business-related platform services. If we become aware that personal data has been submitted by a person under 18 in violation of this policy, we may remove the information and take appropriate account action.
21. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, payment changes, legal requirements, security improvements, operational updates, or business updates. Continued use of Sponexus after updates means you accept the revised policy.
